Nurse Practitioner - Southpointe, Family Medicine Care
About The Position
Community Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their Family Medicine Care practice at Southpointe Family Medicine Care in Indianapolis, IN. This role is part of one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems, offering a single, robust electronic medical record system (EPIC). The position is outpatient only, with no on-call or weekend requirements. Requirements
- Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification.
- Must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
- Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide family medicine care as an Advanced Practice Provider.
- Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Work in an outpatient-only setting.
