About The Position
Ethos TBI is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our growing specialty practice in a full-time 4-day a week role based in Tallahassee, Florida. Our practice is dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of traumatic brain injuries (TBI), serving personal injury patients through an integrative, patient-centered approach to healing. The Nurse Practitioner will provide in-office and telehealth care to patients with traumatic brain injuries. This role includes clinical evaluations, diagnostic testing, and performing intranasal PRP procedures, along with follow-up and ongoing patient support. This position is primarily based in our Tallahassee office, with travel to satellite locations 7-9 days per month, including: Panama City, FL, Pensacola, FL, Jacksonville, FL, Lake City, FL.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations related to traumatic brain injury
- Perform and assist with in-office testing and intranasal PRP procedures
- Provide telehealth consultations and follow-up appointments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care aligned with Ethos TBI values
