About The Position
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to service our patients once a week in two assisted living facilities located in the same area, between Jackson and Portsmouth, OH. This is a once-a-week position where you will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients while adhering to organizational standards and demonstrating adequate knowledge, judgment, and technical skills. Requirements
- Valid NP license in the state of OH
- Board Certification
Responsibilities
- Managing all Wound Care related consults
- History and physical exam
- Medication review
- Prescribe medication and drugs
- Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a follow-up plan
- Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patient's medical history
