Nurse Practitioner - Walk In Center
About The Position
Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Walk In Center team located in Norwalk! This full time APRN role will be devoted to providing urgent care coverage, including but not limited to seeing & coordinating the care of urgent and non-urgent patients, triaging patient phone calls and needs, & mentoring non-RN staff. Fulltime: 7:30a-8:30p - Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday alternating with every Monday, Tuesday, Saturday. Days of the week are subject to change slightly based on coverage needs. Schedule is 5 x 8-hour shift during initial orientation to the position (typically three months). No on call required! Office Location: 637 West Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850 with very occasional cross coverage to other Walk In locations .
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of APRN experience in an Urgent Care or similar setting required.
Responsibilities
- Seeing & coordinating the care of urgent and non-urgent patients
