About The Position

IVX Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. The role involves overseeing patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and serving as a resource for patients, families, and providers in two new infusion centers in Dallas, TX. The NP will ensure treatments are delivered with precision and care, making a significant impact on patients' lives.

Requirements

Active and Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state).
Board Certification: AANP or ANCC certification required.
Life Support Certifications: BLS certification required.
Ability to treat a diverse patient population (adults and pediatrics).
Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills, including experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
Proficiency in Clinical Documentation, including experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional Communication & Collaboration skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Nice To Haves

PALS certification preferred.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.
Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
Conduct patient evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses.
Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to optimize clinical workflows.
Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
