About The Position

This full-time Nurse Practitioner role focuses on providing compassionate, comprehensive care to children and adults. The position involves performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, and creating customized care plans. The Nurse Practitioner will also educate patients and families on treatment options and health maintenance, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes, manage patient transitions across care settings, and stay current with medical trends and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse (APN)
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted NP license in New Jersey
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities
