About The Position

QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Naples, FL. This position is located onsite and offers a schedule of 20 hours per week. The role focuses on providing quality care with a preventative medicine focus, working with a commercially insured patient base in an outpatient setting. The position emphasizes work-life balance with a realistic patient panel size and utilizes the Epic EMR system. QuadMed aims to make a difference in patients' lives by empowering them to be engaged and responsible for their own care within a collegial environment.

Requirements

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• NPI & DEA.
• Current National Board Certification.
