This is a Full-Time 4 days a week with extended hours 8:00AM-6:00PM and once a month on Saturday. Located at 340 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Requirements
- BSN
- Master’s Degree in specialty of practice or completed alternative certification requirements for graduates of nurse practitioner programs prior to April 1,1989
- Current NYS RN license
- Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license
- Basic Life Support Certification for all Nurse Practitioners who provide direct patient care
Nice To Haves
