About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a full-time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. The practitioner is the clinical expert patients trust to help achieve aesthetic results without surgery and owns each treatment relationship from the initial consultation through long-term results. The role partners with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to provide individualized, coordinated care in a busy, high-volume clinic environment. Day-to-day work includes performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, accurately documenting care, and managing a patient volume of approximately 15–25 patients per day. Clinicians use LaserAway’s custom, fully digital EMR and practice with the latest FDA-cleared technologies added to the treatment menu. The position may require working at up to three assigned locations. No overnights are required.

Requirements

Hold a current, active, unencumbered, state-issued Nurse Practitioner license.
Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
Have weekend availability.
Be comfortable treating 15–25 patients per day in a high-volume clinic environment.
Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in aesthetics practice; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage patients’ clinical journeys, including initial skin assessments, treatment planning, follow-up care, and long-term results.
Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Document patient care accurately using LaserAway’s custom digital EMR.
Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver seamless, individualized care.
Work in a high-volume clinic environment, treating approximately 15–25 patients per day.
Work at up to three assigned locations as needed.
Participate in hands-on training across aesthetic modalities.
