About The Position
Well-established community based outpatient clinic seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work alongside 1 primary care physician & an experienced support staff. Clinical duties include a wide scope of outpatient adult/geriatric medical care. Services include primary care, wellness visits, preventive care, physical examinations & chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart disease).

- Experience in primary care, wellness visits, preventive care, physical examinations & chronic disease management
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide scope of outpatient adult/geriatric medical care.
