About The Position

This is a per diem role for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct disability evaluations for veterans. The exams are one-time evaluations, not ongoing care, and are conducted in the Nurse Practitioner's own office. The Nurse Practitioner will examine veterans and complete standard disability evaluation forms. Exams are booked during business hours, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
• Board certification
• NPI number
• Current ACLS and BLS
• Active DEA
• Your own office within 50 miles of Norway, MI
• CV in month and year format

Responsibilities

• Examine veterans and record findings on standard disability evaluation forms.
