Requirements
- Board Eligible
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent multitasking, organizational, and computer skills
- Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality healthcare to a wide variety of ages in collaboration with the in-office physician
- Obtain patient history, perform examinations, and treat accordingly
