About The Position
Centurion Health is actively recruiting a full-time employed Nurse Practitioner to provide medical assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans for emergent, chronic, and routine medical issues in mentally ill patients. The Nurse Practitioner will have the opportunity to participate in multi-disciplinary collaborative team meetings. Centurion Health is the healthcare provider to the Georgia Department of Corrections and partners with West Central Georgia Regional Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.
Requirements
- Active Georgia License and DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current CPR card
