About The Position
Azul Cosmetic Surgery & Medical Spa, a leading physician-led aesthetic organization in Florida, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Aesthetic Injector for its new location in Sarasota, Florida. This role requires a minimum of three years of independent aesthetic injection experience. The position offers an exciting chance to contribute to the establishment of Azul's newest facility while being part of a nationally recognized organization known for clinical excellence and innovation. Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP/ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of three years of independent aesthetic injection experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, and individualized treatment planning.
- Proven ability to conduct consultations and build long-term patient relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for aesthetics and commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in aesthetic medicine.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with laser treatments, IPL, skin tightening, microneedling, and body contouring.
- Experience mentoring or training other providers.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
- Conduct patient consultations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and fellow aesthetic providers to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Perform laser treatments, IPL, skin tightening, microneedling, and body contouring procedures (highly desirable).
