This part-time, clinic-based Nurse Practitioner role floats among MinuteClinic locations in the Richmond area and is scheduled for 20–29 hours per week. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, in-person primary and family care. Virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic during periods of lower onsite patient volume, provided they do not delay or interfere with in-person care. The Nurse Practitioner provides evidence-based, holistic care with clinical team support and collaborative resources. The role includes patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions, as well as preventive services, wellness support and care coordination. Clinic operations and patient follow-up are also part of the position. Charting and follow-up are completed during the scheduled shift. The role requires a master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, current national board certification, and an active, unrestricted state APRN/FNP license. One year of NP experience is preferred, though qualified new graduates may be considered. The position requires physical presence at the assigned clinic and includes physical activities such as prolonged standing, walking, bending and reaching.
