About The Position
Saint Michael's Medical Center is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for its Infectious Diseases Clinic. The role focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages with patience, care, compassion, and understanding. Within the scope of practice, the Nurse Practitioner may conduct tests, record medical histories, provide treatments, assist physicians, promote public awareness about the importance of health, and prescribe medications.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with specialization as an ARNP.
- Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- BLS certification upon hire and maintain current certification.
- Previous experience with an electronic health record.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
