About The Position
Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, fast-paced urgent care environment. This is a full-time opportunity at a Northern Virginia center in Pickett, Fairfax, Virginia. The position is salaried, with an equivalent hourly rate of $69.00–$77.00 depending on experience, location, and FTE status; total compensation may also include performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with work every other weekend. Inova-GoHealth offers a physician-led organization, integrated coordination with specialists and primary care, subspecialty primary care opportunities, and access to innovative technology, informatics specialists, and a telemedicine platform.
Requirements
- For Nurse Practitioners: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or completion of a post-master’s certificate program.
- For Physician Assistants: Graduation from an accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
- At least one year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Current Virginia licensure as an FNP or PA.
- DEA license.
- Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol.
- Successful completion of payer credentialing for Medicare and Medicaid.
- Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges.
