About The Position

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers, a LifeBridge Health Partner, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for its Hagerstown, Maryland location. ExpressCare focuses on urgent care, treating a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions, minor trauma, and performing minor procedures. The organization has 32 locations and plans to open more in the upcoming year. The provider must see and treat patients of all ages and be able to work weekends, holidays, and 13–14-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages.
• Must be able to perform minor procedures, including suturing, incision and drainage of abscesses and paronychia, and foreign body removal.
• Must be familiar with management of minor fractures and dislocations.
• Should be able to perform basic EKG and X-ray interpretation.
• Should be able to multitask and manage time well.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and 13–14-hour shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Urgent Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities
