About The Position

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Skilled Nursing Facility. The role involves assuring the delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner. The Nurse Practitioner performs therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations, suturing, and managing wounds and infections. They also instruct and counsel patients by describing therapeutic regimens and providing normal growth and development information.

Requirements

• Candidates must have an active NP license.

• Prior SNF experience preferred but not required.
