About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner for its Tyler, TX location. Since 2005, Crossroads has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). The company operates outpatient clinics across multiple states and is committed to diversity and inclusion. This role involves evaluating and managing patients with opioid use disorder, prescribing medications, completing medical documentation, and collaborating with clinic staff to provide holistic care. The Nurse Practitioner will also perform injections.

Requirements

Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas
Texas DEA licensure
Experience in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), substance use disorder (SUD) treatment setting, addiction medicine practice or similar clinical environment
Additional education or certification may be required

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
Perform injections
