About The Position
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Tyler, TX. Since 2005, Crossroads has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Requirements
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas.
- Texas DEA licensure.
- Experience in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), substance use disorder (SUD) treatment setting, addiction medicine practice, or similar clinical environment.
- Additional education or certification may be required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient assessment.
- Complete medical documentation according to Crossroads standards.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic patient care, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
- Perform injections.
