Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license
- National certification - FNP or equivalent
- Current DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years of NP clinical experience
- Excellent diagnostic, communication, and EMR skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in busy Family Medicine or Pain Management settings
- Familiarity with value-based care
- Bilingual abilities Spanish/English
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient-centered care across both family medicine and pain management service lines in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver preventive care and chronic disease management for conditions including diabetes and hypertension.
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of pain conditions.
- Collaborate on multimodal treatment plans under physician supervision.
- Monitor therapies, ensure compliance, and coordinate care across the team for optimal patient outcomes.
