About The Position

Harbor Hospice of Corsicana is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to work in the Corsicana area. The Nurse Practitioner provides general medical care and treatment to patients in a medical facility, such as a clinic, health center, or public health agency, under the direction of a physician. The role is responsible for in-house nursing facility visits to hospice patients to conduct face-to-face 60-day recertification encounters.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record.
