About The Position
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team at New Castle Correctional Facility in New Castle, Indiana. The Nurse Practitioner will work under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment, assisting in healthcare delivery and patient care management. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and managing medications.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Indiana APRN license
- Active, unrestricted DEA
- Ability to pass credentialing and background check
- 2+ years of NP experience
