Nurse Practitioner (NP)
About The Position
We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner who wants predictable weekday hours, meaningful relationships with senior patients, and the opportunity to earn $143,000+ through base salary and incentives. You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on value-based primary care for seniors managing multiple complex chronic conditions. You’ll have your own care team and strong leadership support. This role offers Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM hours, with 10–12 patients per day and a maximum panel of 650. Call is based on provider coverage. You will have a dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist. The focus is on value-based care, emphasizing quality and outcomes. The base salary is $130,000 with up to a 10% bonus opportunity.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner with 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience.
- Comfortable caring for seniors with complex chronic conditions.
- Ability to perform suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care.
- Value quality, continuity, and team-based care.
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric experience is a plus.
