About The Position
The IMA Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform medical disability evaluations for U.S. Veterans. This position allows you to apply your assessment skills in a structured environment while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher
- Strong clinical evaluation and documentation abilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Orthopedics, Occupational Medicine, or a related specialty preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete medical disability examinations for Veterans
- Review medical records, health histories, and service-related documentation
- Conduct focused physical assessments when required
- Prepare thorough, accurate examination reports and documentation
- Maintain compliance with established quality and regulatory guidelines
