About The Position

Adena Health is seeking a full-time APP (Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Adena Urology Clinic. The ideal candidate will be a qualified APP who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, who enjoys learning & developing/enhancing skills, and is comfortable with occasional high acuity and/or surgical patients with urgent needs. Travel between 4 locations is required. As a Urology APP (Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will focus on direct patient care, providing clinical services, both outpatient (seeing an average of 16 patients/day) and inpatient, working in conjunction with collaborating physicians. Services include Catheter placement, I & D, and Voiding Trails. The onboarding is thorough, includes mentorship, and training is expected to take 4–6-months. This role is a full-time employed within the multispecialty Adena Medical Group, offering a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Qualified APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
• Ability to work independently as well as be part of a cohesive team

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Urology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including clinical services, both outpatient and inpatient.
• Work in conjunction with collaborating physicians.

• Travel between 4 locations.
