About The Position

Adena Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP), specifically a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join the Adena Urology Clinic. The ideal candidate will be a qualified APP who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, enjoys learning and developing skills, and is comfortable with occasional high acuity and/or surgical patients with urgent needs. Travel between 4 locations is required. As a Urology APP, you will focus on direct patient care, providing clinical services both outpatient (seeing an average of 16 patients/day) and inpatient, working in conjunction with collaborating physicians. Services include Catheter placement, I & D, and Voiding Trails. The onboarding process is thorough, includes mentorship, and training is expected to take 4–6 months. This role is a full-time employed position within the multispecialty Adena Medical Group, offering a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Qualified APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)

• Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Urology preferred.
• Comfortable with occasional high acuity and/or surgical patients with urgent needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including clinical services in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Work in conjunction with collaborating physicians.

• Travel between 4 clinic locations.
