About The Position
Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce an opening for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Urology team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an opportunity to be part of a progressive urology group offering a holistic approach to patients' care, providing general urology services and treatments. The Nurse Practitioner will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure. The NP’s duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only. The role involves seeing clinic patients in both clinic and hospital settings, with the opportunity to perform minor procedures in a clinical setting. Treatment planning and documentation will be done using EPIC EMR.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Nurse Practitioner Certification and Texas license required
- Current RN license for the State of Texas
- Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas
Nice To Haves
- At least 1-year experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
