About The Position
Beloit Health System is hiring for a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their Counseling Care team at Beloit Memorial Hospital. In this role, the practitioner will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients in an outpatient setting, seeing 10-12 adult patients per day. The position offers a great deal of practice autonomy, with support from physician and operations leaders to reduce non-clinical responsibility, ensuring success. Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing.
- Current certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide psychopharmacology services, including medication management and monitoring.
