Nurse Practitioner, Psych PMHNP - Mead Valley Wellness MHRC
About The Position
As a senior member of the clinical team, the Psych Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric care and medication treatment to members served, in addition to the recovery focused treatment plan developed and delivered in concert with the multidisciplinary team. This is a part-time, 24 hours per week, onsite position with flexible days between 8 am-5 pm. The role includes being on call for emergencies only by phone from 5 pm-8 am, with an additional $150 per night compensation for on-call duties. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges, and the pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
- Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience, or its part-time equivalent, working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
- Active DEA and Furnishing licenses
