A well-established outpatient clinic in Chino Valley, AZ is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its dedicated primary care team. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule, manageable patient volume, and strong administrative support—including a dedicated scribe to streamline documentation. Our Chino Valley practice delivers comprehensive primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan. We focus on preventive services, chronic condition management, and wellness education. Requirements

• Current and unrestricted license in Arizona as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain in Arizona
• Clean professional background (no disciplinary actions or malpractice claims)
• Credentialing eligibility with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers
• NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
• Active Unrestricted DEA License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outpatient primary care or family medicine preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform wellness exams, physicals, and preventive screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Create and manage personalized care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and imaging
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes and disease prevention
• Collaborate with a medical scribe for accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate referrals and manage care transitions
• Uphold clinical quality standards and best practices
