Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant - Franklin , MA
About The Position
UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Franklin, MA. This is a full-time position within the Primary Care specialty at Milford Regional Physician Group. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. The practice is well-established and growing, with the option for providers to have their own panel of patients. Our goal is to allow providers to spend the majority of their workday with patients, supported by resources such as scribes for documentation, dedicated office-based support staff, and nurse case managers, social workers, and behavioral health support specialists for high-risk patients. We also have a strong leadership team and an extensive network of specialists, utilizing the EPIC EMR system.
Requirements
- A Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable)
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
Responsibilities
- Spend the majority of their workday with their patients.
- Manage the highest risk patients with support from nurse case managers, social workers, and behavioral health support specialists.
