About The Position

HealthCARE Express is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their urgent care team. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Occupational medicine experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to patients of all ages
• Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations
• Conduct lab testing and simple procedures
• Prescribe appropriate treatments
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely medical records
• Follow established infection control and safety protocols, particularly when handling sharps and body fluids
• Help maintain a professional, customer-centered clinic environment
• Provide leadership and guidance to the clinic team when needed, using a supportive and teaching-focused approach
• Remain flexible and assist with responsibilities outside your typical scope when necessary
• Help improve clinic flow and support the mission and values of HealthCARE Express
