About The Position

CareSpot Urgent Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in the Orlando area. We are looking for a fast-paced, supportive environment where you can make a real difference every day. For over 20 years, we have proudly served communities across Florida with a patient-first approach, offering extended hours, walk-in access, and easy online scheduling. We have 17+ locations in Seminole, Osceola, Lake, and Orange counties and are still growing.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Board Certified)
• Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ year urgent care, ER, family practice or outpatient experience required
• BLS Certification
• Ability to pass a Level II background screening and clearance through AHCA (Agency for Healthcare Administration)

• Opportunity to pick up overtime shifts, if desired

Responsibilities

• Treat patients of all ages (6mo+) in a fast-paced urgent care setting (averaging 3-4pts per hour)
• Perform procedures (suturing, splinting, I&D, etc.)
• Order & interpret labs, x-rays and ECG
• Provide efficient, patient-focused care
