What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience in a true medical aesthetics environment Confidence performing a range of treatments, including both on-label and off-label procedures Proven ability to manage patient expectations, concerns, and complications with professionalism and care A passion for delivering natural, results-driven outcomes Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture

Requirements

Active NP or PA license in the practicing state
2+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics (required)
Demonstrated proficiency in injectables and other aesthetic treatments
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
Must display a willingness to work in a rapidly scaling environment
Ability to be resourceful and drive significant impact with, at-times, limited resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to work in a collaborative environment
This position will include day, evening and weekend shifts

Nice To Haves

Experience with lasers, advanced treatments, or energy-based devices preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective medical aesthetic treatments in alignment with established clinical and brand standards
Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized, results-driven treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely documentation while adhering to all compliance and safety protocols
Educate patients on services, products, and long-term treatment plans to support optimal outcomes
Collaborate with and support team development through mentorship, training, and shared best practices
Contribute to a clean, organized, and high-performing clinical environment
