About The Position

Salud Family Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Brighton, Colorado. The role uses a team-based care approach to support patients and their families with self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. The clinician performs routine clinic operations, takes patient histories, and makes physical assessments while adhering to Salud’s mission. Salud provides integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and clinical pharmacy services, serving individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Requirements

Graduate from or be graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Hold an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing in Colorado.
Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is required.

Nice To Haves

Ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred.
Three years of clinical-setting experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred.
