About The Position
Salud Family Health is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for their Fort Morgan, CO location. At Salud, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners work in a team-based care model, supporting patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. The role involves performing routine clinic operations, taking histories, and making physical assessments, all while adhering to Salud's mission statement.
Requirements
- Must have graduated or be graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado.
- The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must.
Nice To Haves
- 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred.
Responsibilities
