About The Position

Open Door Community Health Centers is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join their integrated care team at the McKinleyville CHC in McKinleyville, California. Requirements

Diploma from an accredited program with credentialing through the American Nurses Association or Physician Assistant Association.
Current, unrestricted California license.
Current DEA registration.
Current Board Certification in specialty of practice (or board eligible if a newer graduate).
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Valid California driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities
