About The Position
Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Palliative Medicine team full-time at Wellstar North Fulton Medical Center in Roswell, Georgia. The role is part of Wellstar Palliative Medicine, described as Georgia’s most comprehensive palliative medicine program. The multidisciplinary program includes physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, fellows, and a chaplain, and provides care across inpatient, outpatient, nursing home, home-based, and hospice settings. Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the established Palliative Medicine team at Wellstar North Fulton Medical Center.
- Provide palliative medicine services in the designated practice setting.
