About The Position

Valley Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide family medicine services in Cedar Grove, West Virginia. The role delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and supports the organization’s mission of improving health and well-being throughout Kanawha County. The position may be part-time or full-time and includes a $10,000 signing bonus. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasize preventive care, and work with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated, holistic care. The role also includes patient education and maintaining accurate, timely, compliant medical documentation. Requirements

At least 7 years of family medicine experience.
Current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in West Virginia.
