About The Position

TriState Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our School Based Health Center. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential care and make a direct impact on the lives of students in partnership with the Clarkston School District. The position offers a full-time wage range of $134,104.00 - $143,323.00 annually and may be structured as full-time or part-time based on candidate qualifications and availability.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Program.
• Active Washington State License.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the School Based Health Center.
• Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' medical history.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments.
• Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines to provide high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Other duties as assigned.
