About The Position

This position involves utilizing advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide healthcare to individuals and families, with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. The role operates in a fast-paced, acute walk-in care setting across multiple clinic locations. It offers a high level of autonomy, a 1:1 provider to staff ratio, and the opportunity to work at the top of one's licensure. New graduates are welcome to apply. The position requires a high level of customer service skills to foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing or master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate state (for NP).
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in appropriate state (for NP).
Current certification in CPR (for NP and PA).
National certification in applicable area (for NP).
Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice (for NP).
Current licensure as a physician assistant in appropriate state (for PA).
National certification (for PA).
Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice (for PA).
