Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Thoracic Surgery - North Jersey Thoracic Surgical Associates
About The Position
Atlantic Health is seeking a Thoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Professional (NP or PA) to join North Jersey Thoracic Surgical Associates. This nationally ranked and expanding service line offers a collaborative practice environment with experienced thoracic surgeons and a high volume of cases. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will support both inpatient and outpatient care, with responsibilities at Morristown Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center, and satellite outpatient offices. Requirements
- At least two years of experience preferred, particularly with adult and critical care populations.

Responsibilities
- Performing patient assessments
- Ordering diagnostic tests
- Assisting in surgical and post-operative care
- Developing and implementing treatment plans

- Collaborating with the care team
- Maintaining accurate electronic medical records
