About The Position
TriState Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our School Based Health Center. Make a lasting impact where it matters most! TriState health is launching a brand-new School Based Health Center in partnership with the Clarkston School District, creating an exciting opportunity for a practitioner to provide essential care and make a direct impact on the lives of students. The full-time wage range for this position is $134,104.00 - $143,323.00 annually. Flexible Opportunity: We recognize that great candidates come from a variety of backgrounds and availability needs. This position may be structured as full-time or part-time, depending on the qualifications and availability of the selected candidate.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Program.
- Active Washington State License.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the School Based Health Center.
- Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' medical history.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments.
- Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines to provide high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Other duties as assigned.
