About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care to pediatric urology patients. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to both well and ill patients in a primarily outpatient setting. Participate in weekly urology academic conferences. Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to: catheter insertions, catheter changes, and complex bladder irrigation.

Requirements

  • If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
  • If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
  • If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND Active board certification as a NP in Family or Pediatric.
  • If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND Active PA board certification.
  • Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
