The Pediatric Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will provide healthcare in various settings, demonstrating medical knowledge, clinical judgment, technical competence, professionalism, and strong interpersonal communication skills. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team, including electrophysiologists and an NP, within the inpatient electrophysiology and exercise physiology labs. The hired advanced practice provider will support the inpatient electrophysiology team with functions such as H&P and discharge summaries for EP cases, inpatient consults (floors, ICU, ED), device checks and reprogramming, preprocedural consultation evaluations, managing EPIC messages, maintaining procedural logs, database management, and participating in the education of learners in an academic setting.
