About The Position

Work with pediatric nephrology inpatient team and consults. Assess, evaluate, treat, and manage pediatric nephrology patients in the outpatient clinics. Work with patients with hypertension, nephrotic syndrome, microhematuria, proteinuria, and CKD.

Requirements

  • State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
  • Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (for Nurse Practitioner)
  • Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice (Pediatric Acute Care or Pediatric Primary Care) (for Nurse Practitioner)
  • Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice (for Physician Assistant)
  • Active PA board certification (for Physician Assistant)
  • Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
