About The Position

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our growing team. We have openings across 23 urgent care centers in Northern Virginia, offering a part-time position. This role is within a physician-led organization that prioritizes urgent and primary care, with a seamless integrated care model and opportunities for subspecialty primary care. The company utilizes innovative technology and is pursuing Epic Gold Stars Level 9, with access to informatics specialists and a robust telemedicine platform.

Requirements

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed NP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent and primary care services.
• Coordinate care with specialists, primary care physicians, and other services.
• Serve unique populations including underserved communities, LGBTQ+ patients, HIV/AIDS patients, and concierge medicine.
• Utilize a robust telemedicine platform.
