About The Position

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our growing team. We have openings across 23 urgent care centers in Northern Virginia, currently offering a part-time position at the Pickett location. This role is within a physician-led organization that prioritizes urgent and primary care, with continued investment in this specialty. The position offers an integrated care model with seamless coordination with specialists, primary care, and other services, as well as subspecialty primary care options to serve unique populations. The company utilizes innovative technology and is pursuing Epic Gold Stars Level 9, with access to informatics specialists and a robust telemedicine platform.

Requirements

NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program
PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
BLS & ACLS Certification
Licensed NP or PA in Virginia
DEA License
Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges

Responsibilities

Provide urgent and primary care services.
Coordinate care with specialists, primary care physicians, and other services.
Serve unique populations including underserved communities, LGBTQ+ patients, HIV/AIDS patients, and concierge medicine patients.
